Comprehensive Safety Planning
Preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and method statements before execution of any activity.
Work Permit System
Implementation of a strict Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities such as cable laying, jointing, substation work, and line erection.
Trained & Certified Workforce
Deployment of skilled, trained, and certified personnel, including supervisors and safety officers.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Mandatory use of appropriate PPE such as helmets, gloves, safety shoes, harnesses, arc-flash protection, and insulating tools.
Toolbox Talks & Safety Training
Regular toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training programs to ensure awareness and compliance at site.
Electrical Safety Measures
Proper earthing, isolation, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and use of tested equipment to prevent electrical hazards.
Work at Height & Lifting Safety
Safe practices for tower erection, stringing, and equipment handling, including use of certified lifting tools and fall protection systems.
Emergency Preparedness
Availability of first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency response procedures at all project sites.
